Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains how you may and may not use the Fuzion Stone Surfaces website (the “Site”), including our contact and estimate forms. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Site, you agree to follow this Policy.
1. Permitted use
You may use the Site to learn about our products and services, view our work, and contact us about a genuine countertop project or business inquiry.
2. Prohibited activities
You agree not to use the Site, directly or indirectly, to:
- Break any federal, state or local law, including the laws of the State of Florida
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or pretend to be another person or business
- Send spam, advertising, sales pitches, chain messages or other unsolicited commercial content through our forms or email
- Collect or harvest our phone numbers, email addresses or other contact details for telemarketing or bulk messaging
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools to submit forms, copy content or gather data from the Site
- Upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by overloading it with traffic or requests
- Copy, reproduce, frame or republish our photos, text, logo or other content without written permission
- Send threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene or discriminatory messages to our team or anyone else
- Post or send content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
3. Respectful communication
We treat every customer with courtesy and ask the same in return. We may decline to respond to, or to provide services in connection with, communications that are abusive or threatening.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We may monitor use of the Site for security purposes. If we believe this Policy has been violated, we may, without notice:
- Remove or ignore submissions
- Block access from specific users, devices or IP addresses
- Decline to provide estimates or services
- Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with any investigation
- Pursue any other remedy available under law
Unauthorized access to computers, networks or electronic data may violate Florida’s Computer-Related Crimes law (Chapter 815, Florida Statutes) and the Florida Computer Abuse and Data Recovery Act (sections 668.801 through 668.805, Florida Statutes), as well as federal law. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available under those laws.
5. Reporting a problem
If you notice a security issue or misuse of the Site, please let us know. Good-faith reports help us keep the Site safe for everyone.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Policy.
