The short version: We collect only what we need to answer your questions and quote your project. We never sell your personal information, we only call or text you about the project you asked about, and we follow Florida law if a data breach ever occurs.

Fuzion Stone Surfaces (“Fuzion Stone Surfaces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a countertop company based in Mascotte, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and related communications, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Information you give us. When you request an estimate, fill out a form, call, text or email us, you may provide:

  • Project details, such as project type, preferred materials, measurements, photos and messages

Information collected automatically. Our website and hosting provider may automatically record limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly.

Information we do not request. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank account or payment card numbers, or health information through our website forms. We do not need them to prepare an estimate.

3. Phone calls, text messages and email

When you submit a form or contact us, you are asking us to contact you about your project. We will use the phone number and email you provide only for that purpose and for related customer service.

  • We do not make telephone solicitations or send marketing text messages using automated systems without your prior express written consent, as required by the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (section 501.059, Florida Statutes) and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
  • Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of receiving an estimate or buying our services.
  • You can reply STOP to any text message, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you, and we will honor your request.
  • Any marketing emails we send will include a way to unsubscribe, consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and form-processing services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Project partners when needed to complete your job, such as a builder or contractor you have asked us to coordinate with.
  • Legal reasons when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fuzion Stone Surfaces, our customers or others.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, complete and support your project, and meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or dispose of it, consistent with Florida law.

  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal duty to keep it
  • Stop receiving calls, texts or emails from us

We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
